About UN Global Compact Network Malaysia & Brunei
Launched in 2019, UN Global Compact Network Malaysia & Brunei (UNGCMYB) is the Malaysia and Brunei Chapter of the United Nations Global Compact, the largest corporate sustainability initiative in the world.
As the leading voice on business sustainability, UNGCMYB functions as an extension of the UN Global Compact and is dedicated to assisting both Malaysian and Bruneian organisations to embrace sustainable business practices by convening and accelerating opportunities for multi-stakeholder actions grounded in the Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact
The Ten Principles of the United Nations Global Compact are derived from: the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the International Labour Organisation’s Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development, and the United Nations Convention Against Corruption.
